Expected Costs
1. Provision of Support
If you need 4LifeSkills to arrange a support worker for your trip, we will invoice the cost directly, which you can claim from your NDIS core funding. Depending on your support needs and ratio, you will be invoiced either a 1:1, 1:2 or 1:3 rate. Please let us know of your preference and we will try our best to accommodate and match you with the right support worker and travellers within your group. This cost will cover your support for the entire duration of the trip (5 days, 4 nights), facilitation of the supports and having a meet and greet session with fellow travellers and staff (if available).
Alternatively, if you prefer to bring your own support worker, you will be responsible for arranging and paying for your support. Please note there will be an additional $100 administration fee that is payable to 4LifeSkills to cover the facilitation of the trip if you bring your own support worker. This fee is not claimable from your NDIS funding.
2. Travel Expenses (out-of-pocket)
This fixed cost will cover you and your support worker’s travel expenses, including 5 whole days of accommodation, activities, meals, and transportation from our office to Boshack Eco Farm and back. Please note that this cost must be paid in full to secure your spot.
