Helen Morton served as member of the Western Australian Legislative Council and as the Minister for Disability Services, Mental Health, and Child Protection during her tenure. Helen made a significant contribution to WA’s mental health landscape and is responsible for implementing many important reforms. Her passion for mental health reform contributed to the establishment of Australia’s first Mental Health Commission, the State’s first independent Minister for Mental Health, the enactment of a modernised, contemporary Mental Health Act, completion of the WA Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drug Services Plan 2015 – 2025 and the State’s first suicide prevention strategy.

Rosemary Saunders is an Associate Professor at Edith Cowan University and a Research Fellow at Hollywood Hospital. Rosemary’s esteemed career in academia spans more than 30 years, with her research encompassing older adult care, stroke care, volunteers in healthcare, and end of life care among other key areas. She is highly passionate and has received numerous awards and recognition for research and leadership in providing innovative health care services for older adults.

Andrew Reynolds

Andrew is a Certified Practicing Accountant with extensive experience in the disability services sector. He is an experienced Board member and Treasurer, and currently works with and volunteers for charity and not-for-profit organisations. He is a dedicated finance professional with over 25 years of experience in banking, mining and higher education. His principal strengths extend to financial and management accounting, treasury, risk management, information technology, corporate governance, and forensic accounting.
