Positions available
Support Worker
We are seeking passionate, innovative, and caring support workers to join our team. As a 4lifeskills support worker, you will work with participants in the community to achieve their goals by identifying activities through which they can increase life skills for work, home, health, and fun.
All 4lifeskills support workers are provided with a comprehensive training program which covers core skills and knowledge. Other development opportunities are available through secondment and internal promotion opportunities. Traineeships are available for people with minimal experience who would like to obtain a qualification in this rewarding industry.
Our offices are located at Gosnells, Spearwood, and Rockingham.
To be successful you must have, or be willing to obtain:
- Proof of eligibility to work in Australia
- WA drivers’ license
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Supporting Effective Communication Module
- NDIS Supporting Safe and Enjoyable Meals Module
Preferably, applicants will have:
- Current Working with Children check
- Manual Handling Certificate (not older than 6 months)
- Vehicle with fully comprehensive insurance
- Good availability across the week
- Multi-lingual skills desirable
