Katrina Criddle
CEOMeet Kate – a 32-year veteran in the community services sector, with a deep passion for creating opportunities for individuals to succeed. She strongly believes that everyone has a purpose and works tirelessly to make that happen.
With the last 16 years of her career being disability-specific, Kate has worked across various areas such as prematurely aged (Alcohol and Drug), aged care, psycho-social and homelessness, both in accommodation and community domains. Kate brings a wealth of knowledge from her diverse roles in the disability sector, ranging from administration and program design to supported accommodation and community support management, as well as IT and infrastructure development.
But wait, there’s more! Kate is not just a professional powerhouse – she is also a baking goddess. Her delicious baked goods are the envy of the team, and they keep us coming back for more. She truly is an asset to the team and a delight to work with!
Ujwala Sharma
Operations and Development ManagerUjwala Sharma is our Operations and Development Manager at 4LifeSkills and a compassionate leader with 8 years of experience. She is a highly approachable and caring supervisor, always looking out for her staff and providing guidance when needed. Ujwala’s endearing nature makes her incredibly popular both among the staff as well as those who visit 4LifeSkills. Her dedication to her work over the past 8 years has been unwavering, making Ujwala a true asset to the organization.
David Bannister
AccountantDavid is our Accountant with a background in public practice and commerce. David has worked in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and Australia, and on numerous international assignments in most European countries and the South Pacific. It was working as an accountant in a community housing organisation where he developed a passion for contributing to organisations with a meaningful community-based purpose and taking on the specific financial challenges of operating in the not-for-profit space. David is an enthusiastic runner and is striving to progress his marathon running to ‘marathon tourist’ status.
Patricia Villa
Area Manager - EastPatricia Villa is an ambitious and dedicated East Area Manager, who excels in project management and juggles multiple tasks with ease. She is an avid frisbee enthusiast on the weekends, honing her skills and competing with fervor. Her passion for excellence knows no bounds as she strives to achieve her goals both professionally and personally. A driven leader, she encourages those around her to strive for their own successes while pushing herself to greatness every day.

Lee comes with many years experience in the sector, both in childcare and disability supports. Lee is a strong advocate for individuals rights and supports individuals to make their own decisions regarding their service options and design.

Leanne is very dedicated and proactive in gaining and sustaining appropriate supports for the people we support. Her honesty and integrity shine through on a daily basis. She is a great team player and support for all staff and clients across 4lifeskills.

Human Resources ConsultantMeet Sally Gibbs – As an Administrator in the Human Resources department at 4lifeskills with 15 years’ experience, Sally is committed to fostering a workplace culture that values equality and inclusion. Sally’s role is to ensure our team operates with the upmost integrity and care by supporting our team in their vital work of enhancing the lives of those we serve by ensuring staff have the training and understanding required to excel in their roles. Sally ensures our team have their credentials and work requirements in place to be able to offer our participants the best possible service. Human Resources ConsultantMeet Janet Cooper – our Human Resources Consultant at 4LifeSkills. She’s a total stickler for rules and is widely known to have impressively high standards. Her coworkers affectionately refer to her as the “Mum” of the company, as she takes very good care of staff, even nagging them when they need to stay home when they’re feeling under the weather! Not only is Janet highly knowledgeable about employee relations, but she also exudes warmth, kindness, and understanding throughout her work – making her a real asset to have around.
