Meet Kate – a 32-year veteran in the community services sector, with a deep passion for creating opportunities for individuals to succeed. She strongly believes that everyone has a purpose and works tirelessly to make that happen.

With the last 16 years of her career being disability-specific, Kate has worked across various areas such as prematurely aged (Alcohol and Drug), aged care, psycho-social and homelessness, both in accommodation and community domains. Kate brings a wealth of knowledge from her diverse roles in the disability sector, ranging from administration and program design to supported accommodation and community support management, as well as IT and infrastructure development.

But wait, there’s more! Kate is not just a professional powerhouse – she is also a baking goddess. Her delicious baked goods are the envy of the team, and they keep us coming back for more. She truly is an asset to the team and a delight to work with!

Previously, she led various teams across Supported Accommodation and Children’s Respite, fuelled by her passion for helping people live their most authentic lives.

But there’s more to Deb than just her professional endeavours. She’s an avid traveller and camper who loves exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Australia. Deb’s spirit of adventure mirrors her commitment to navigating through challenges and finding the best solutions for our clients.
