Rikki began her career as a Support Worker and progressed through Coordinator and Home & Community Manager roles before stepping into her current position as Operations Manager. This path has given her a well-rounded understanding of the sector from the ground up.

Positive, energetic, and people-focused, Rikki loves building strong relationships and creating a workplace where people feel motivated and supported. She leads with an open-door approach and is always happy to roll up her sleeves and get involved when things need to get done.

An approachable, fair, and supportive leader, Rikki wants those around her to feel comfortable coming to her for help, guidance, or simply a chat. She believes that when a team feels valued, everyone can do their best work.

Rikki loves helping people, building great teams, solving problems, and making a positive difference to both the people we support and the people she works alongside.

Anisha holds a Bachelor of Community Services and has more than six years of experience in the community services sector. She is passionate about supporting people to achieve greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.

Anisha began her career as a Support Worker, gaining valuable hands-on experience working closely with individuals, families, and support networks. This shaped her person-centred approach and strengthened her commitment to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. She has since progressed from Coordinator to Senior Coordinator, developing strong skills in leadership, service coordination, staff support, and client-focused service delivery.

Anisha takes pride in building positive relationships, understanding individual needs, and working collaboratively with clients, families, and support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.

Payton is a graduate of the University of Western Australia, where she earned her degree in Psychology. With more than five years of experience, she has worked in both Community Coordinator and Scheduler roles, developing strong team leadership skills along the way to Senior Scheduler.

Friendly, approachable, and calm, Payton is easy to talk to and known for her dedication. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her work and is a supportive, guiding presence for her team.

Outside of work, Payton enjoys scrapbooking and baking on the weekends!

David is our Accountant with a background in public practice and commerce. David has worked in Zimbabwe, the United Kingdom, and  Australia, and on numerous international assignments in most European countries and the South Pacific. It was working as an accountant in a community housing organisation where he developed a passion for contributing to organisations with a meaningful community-based purpose and taking on the specific financial challenges of operating in the not-for-profit space. David is an enthusiastic runner and is striving to progress his marathon running to ‘marathon tourist’ status.

Patricia Villa is an ambitious and dedicated East Area Manager, who excels in project management and juggles multiple tasks with ease. She is an avid frisbee enthusiast on the weekends, honing her skills and competing with fervor. Her passion for excellence knows no bounds as she strives to achieve her goals both professionally and personally. A driven leader, she encourages those around her to strive for their own successes while pushing herself to greatness every day.

Leanne has been in the sector for over 30 years and has a significant amount of knowledge and experience. Leanne is very dedicated and proactive in gaining and sustaining appropriate supports for the people we support. Her honesty and integrity shine through on a daily basis. She is a great team player and support for all staff and clients across 4lifeskills.
