Immerse yourself in serene landscapes, indulge in exquisite local cuisines, and recharge your mind and soul. As a unique highlight, we’ll be picking grapes, with a choice of exploring wineries, confectionary places, honey farms, and delving into the art of harvesting and gardening – making this retreat an unforgettable blend of relaxation and hands-on experiences.
Other Activities you may Include in your Itinerary:
- A visit to Swan Valley Cuddly Animal Farm / Caversham Wildlife Park
- Vintage Train Rides at Whiteman Park
- A visit to Motor Museum of WA
- Meeting local Community Gardeners and learning more about hands-on gardening
- Harvesting Grapes at a Local Winery or business
- Self-guided Swan Valley Tour to visit wineries, honey farms, and confectionary places of your choice and more!
Please be informed that our short-term accommodations (STAs) are open to everyone (i.e. any NDIS participants aged 18 and above)

*Important Things to Note:
- To register for the trip, kindly get in touch with us before the deadline. We will arrange an appointment (mandatory for new clients) and provide you with the necessary paperwork.
- You may register for this trip by contacting Casandra at cchia@4lifeskills.org.au or 0481 475 190. We will also be sending you a google form to collect more details.
- This is a Short Term Accommodation (STA). All expenses including accommodation, meals, activities and transport can be fully covered by your NDIS funding as long as you do not receive 24/7 support from NDIS or live in a group home.
- If you are not eligible for STA funding, you can still attend this as a Great Escape (i.e. Supported Holiday). Only your supports can be covered via NDIS and the rest will have to be paid out of pocket.
- All paperwork must be signed and completed for us to go ahead with your booking.
