Some time ago, Michelle decided she wanted to try something new, boxing. What started as a new challenge quickly became an activity she truly enjoys. Training regularly helps Michelle stay active and strong while giving her the chance to focus on her goals and push herself in a positive way.
Boxing is not only a great physical workout, but it also supports mental wellbeing. The sport helps develop focus, quick decision-making and confidence, while allowing people to see their progress over time as they learn new skills and overcome challenges. Many people who practise boxing report feeling more confident, resilient and motivated as they improve their technique and fitness.
For Michelle, boxing is about more than exercise, it’s about enjoying new experiences, taking on challenges, and seeing how far she can go. Each session gives her the opportunity to build independence, strengthen her self-esteem and feel proud of the progress she continues to make.
